Sunday is an amazing Ayurvedic practitioner and human being. From the moment I met her I felt at ease and warmly welcomed. she has been so generous with her time and encourages communication between sessions if needed. Her knowledge is high, and perhaps even more important and impactful is that her presence and being-ness are truely healing in themselves. this combination along with her amazing space creates remarkable experiences. I went to see Sunday because I was looking to improve my energy levels, reduce anxiety, improve sleep and get some advice and guidance to optimise my diet. Not only has Sunday achieved all of these things for me, thanks to her expertise and insight, but it has been very interesting learning about how Ayurveda works and its benefits. As well as really knowing her stuff, Sunday is kind and lovely company and her practice room is so tranquil. Sunday has now given me a massage with the oils on a number of occasions and each time the results have been outstanding. A great experience and always an interesting discussion around lifestyle choices. Highly recommend for anyone with sporting injuries or needing to work the kinks out.

Sunday's clinic is very special. It's well set up and equipped for treatments that's based on the ancient aryuverdic philosophy. As a practitioner she has a great sense to seek understand, diagnose and prescribed what's required. Her massages are soul healing.

I just came out of the most amazing consultation and treatment with Sunday that I felt I had to immediately thank her and let others know.Sunday was so calming and patient with me, allowing me to tell my story in a relaxed way. She listened and without judgement gave what I consider incredibly insightful suggestions as to diet and lifestyle changes. I severely fractured my patella and months later it is still very stiff and sore. Sunday has now done 3 basti’s on it using hot medicated oil and I’m definitely noticing improvement. I reached out to Sunday Lucia to learn more about Ayurveda and to come up with a plan to help drop those last pesky 15 pounds and have more energy. Then she sent me a comprehensive report of the steps we discussed, daily regimes, foods to avoid for my body type and many easy recipes. WOW! What a transformation!!! I dropped 4 lbs. the first week, I was able to get off coffee without headaches, and the recipes have been easy to make. My energy level has soared – I feel 20 years younger!
