Great guys to talk to, customer service is top notch and their shop and workshop set is great to visit.When purchasing a watch the guys at Watch Collector Co. are great to deal with. Their website has the best photos of any of the dealers I have dealt with, descriptions are very accurate and transactions are no fuss. I visited the shop on very short notice which was accommodated easily.I have also recently had a watch serviced by Watch Collector Co. and the work is first rate, a special shout out to the polishing and refinishing work. While some may choose not to have this sort of work done at servicing, as this was a modern watch that is part of my daily wearer rotation it needed it. After servicing the watch looks brand new with no changes in the case, all angles remain sharp and even.All round an excellent place for your watch business.

I bought the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean from seller. Excellent service and top quality Pre-Owned Watch seller. I am happy for what I paid for. Highly recommended. Besides that, they provided free accessesment on my Tag Heuer and cleaning service. AWESOME.

I have bought 2 watches with Watch Collector Co over the years and just recently decided to sell one (lack of wrist time). I dealt with Brent and the process was seamless. I received a price estimate upon prior to dropping off the watch and within a couple of weeks the watch had sold and the money was transferred to my account straight away. Would recommend these guys if your in the market to either buy or sell a watch.

I highly rate the service I have received from Watch Collector. Although using the postal service / couriers during the height of covid severely delayed delivery, I appreciated Brent's outstanding service and regular follow-up.I traded my previous watch and received a fair price. I was impressed with Brent's transparency about the deal. I bought an Omega Speedmaster - One would never say it is 9 years old - It was delivered absolutely flawless. I recently purchased a Breitling from Watch Collector and the experience was great. I spoke with Michael when I saw the watch for sale and he was able to provide me with details about the watch over the phone. I felt confident in the information provided and bought the watch sight unseen. It was shipped to me in Brisbane quickly and it turned up wrapped safely.
