When it is opened a great pool to visit

Bundanoon Pool was a gorgeous little oasis to discover on a hot Summer afternoon in the green and pleasant surrounds of the Southern Highlands. With cute grounds and hedges and shady places to sit, this 4-lane 25 metre council pool charmed us instantly.We loved that there was only one lane roped for lappies, leaving the rest of the pool open for actual fun and relaxation, as it should be. So tired of the privileging of lap swimmers at most Sydney pools.Although smol it has all the things, from change rooms to a teeny tiny kiosk and even a gas bbq for your $4.40 adult entry.Built in 1960 by the local community who funded the whole project, it has odd depth variations: 1m at the shallow end, down to 1.8m in the middle, then back up to 1.3m at the “deep” end. Whatever. We liked it a lot.

It may be small but it's amazing you can hire a BBQ swim Undercover there were some pool toys and you can swim in one of the two Pools a baby pool or larger pool

Brilliant! Just what the family needed in today's sweltering heat!

Pool was closed but the park, playground and pub are great for families to unwind.

If you are in town and it's a hot day then this is the place to go for a quick splash.

Best pool in the Southern Highlands. Only wish it was open longer and more often.
