We have been very satisfied with the service from Transcorp Removals. Our move to Cairns from the Mornington Peninsula was made easier because the staff communicated what needed to happen; they were knowledgeable, efficient and available to answer our questions. The sales (especially Lily and Paul) and operations staff were so pleasant and easy with changes and the guys actually loading the 2 x containers were careful and competent. They even moved my precious plants and provided instructions about the Biosecurity aspects. We would have no hesitations using Transcorp again and cannot recommend them more highly, they are outstanding.

Disastrous!We sought the services of Transcorp for an interstate move from Melbourne to Cairns in Oct 2021. Everything seemed perfect until we made the payment. The items arrived later than scheduled. The worst is that there was a lot of damage to our items.1. We had a new 85'' Sony TV broken.2. Couches damaged including a dining chair unrepairable3. Soundbar (Sonos) broken4. Black Console Table shattered5. Treasured art piece damaged.Upon follow up, they mentioned that they would be paying up to 50 dollars for every piece damaged. This was occasioned by a lot of run around and back and forth being thrown from a person to the other and department top the other.For your peace of mind, use other service providers or even sell your items and buy afresh wherever you go as the cost benefit of moving with Transcorp does not exist. It is akin to throwing your hard earned cash and belongings in the bin.They don't even deserve the one star. It has taken me close to 2 years to come to terms to the loss of my items and to leave this review and to let it off my chest.Word of caution to potential customers, to avoid heartache and heartbreak, go elsewhere.

Hired Transcorp removal service for interstate move from Melbourne to Sydney. It was extremely stressful and frustrating experience for us and I would not recommend using their services.The following were the key issues:- Terrible customer service provided by the representative assigned to our job. Numerous corrections required to the itinerary and incorrect number of items recorded or moved to the ‘Not Going’ section of the Furniture Inventory Summary. This added to the stress and frustration while organising the move.- Repeated requests were made to the sales manager to return our calls. Every time we were told 'he is in a meeting'.- We were charged a premium for the uplift on 1/1/23 between 2 pm and 5 pm with delivery scheduled for the 2/1/23.- On 1/1/23 at 2:50pm we received a message, not a call, that the truck has been delayed and will not be coming and uplift will not happen on 2/1/23.This resulted in a lot of inconvenience to the family as everything was packed and ready to go.- The truck arrived on 2/1/23 for the uplift but there was no record keeping/ list/ tagging of items. The driver also could not confirm when the truck would arrive in Sydney, as it was empty and had to be back filled.No ETA of arrive in Sydney added to the already frustrating experience with Transcorp.- I had to follow-up in the evening with the driver who later confirmed that the truck would arrive on 5/1/23 which was a delay from the original date of 2/1/23.On the whole our experience with Transcorp added a lot of undue stress which was not warranted.We found Transcorp to be unprofessional towards their work, the quality of service provided was extremely poor without any accountability.I hope this review helps you in making the right choice.

I've used Transcorp for a total of 3 house moves. Each and every time, I've had wonderful people, who were professional and took such great care of my things. They worked so hard to make sure I was able to get to my new property on time and it was a really positive experience. I'll continue to use Transcorp and happily refer the to anyone who moves house.

Great service provided by the pick up and transport guys. Appreciate their help for moving our stuffs interstate.Horrible customer service from the operation team: 1. Repeated requests to return my calls, they all failed to do it. 2. Hung up the phone before I finished talking. 3. Attitude towards my requests. 4. Changed the topic, picked on word-by-word with what I was talking about.

Transcorp were so easy to deal with and extremely professional, they came before our move to itemise everything and the actual move day was streamlined. The guys who did the move were fast and took great care of our belongings and great to deal with. I highly recommend using Transcorp for your move.

I booked an interstate move from Canberra to Melbourne. I had high hopes for Transcorp after a wonderful kickoff with Danielle from the sales team. She was a delight at every interaction - helpful, professional, friendly and extremely good at her job. Unfortunately it was all downhill from there.After a logistical error on their end, I had my uplift pushed back three days, with assurances the crew would be there between 4 and 7pm on the newly scheduled day. They showed up at 9.30pm and didn’t finish until 11pm. Despite being told that I could have my things delivered over the weekend (I had a work trip on Monday I couldn’t postpone) when I asked the movers picking up my stuff when it would be delivered they said “whenever”. When I told them the company had given me a Saturday/Sunday delivery window they told me I could call anytime on Saturday and they’d be there two hours later with my things. I checked three times that the window was “anytime” and was told it was. I was also told to call the mover directly, and not the company. So on my drive from Canberra to Melbourne on Saturday, I called at around 12.15pm and was quite rudely told the depot was closed and all the trucks were locked until Monday. The removalist claimed he tried to call me that morning to warn me but I certainly didn’t receive a call.In a minor victory, after arguing with the removalist for a long while, he called the depot and they unlocked the truck to deliver on Sunday morning.On delivery I found that the mattresses hadn’t been wrapped and had marks all on them, the tv hadn’t been stored properly and had a scratch and the foot of my bed head had been snapped off.Honestly a truly terrible experience that added way more stress than necessary to an interstate move and I’ll never use or recommend Transcorp again.

We had our furniture returned to us on 1/3/23, 3 pieces with substantial damage, and adamaged our Entry Door door surround just for good measure. We had the delivery guys note the damages on their Delivery note and we keep a copy, we then notified Transcorp on that day.To date their Claims Department still has not processed or done anything about this issue, just keeps putting up road blocks of why they haven’t, need proof of purchase of items, going back 3 years, yeah, everybody keeps invoices going back 3 years.So now 6 weeks on after they returned our furniture, some damaged, just avoiding the inevitable Lawyers getting involved.Very unprofessional, lack of empathy and down right lack of integrity!!!!
