A bit in need of a reno

Compound is in dismal condition. No security, lack of repairs i.e dead lightbulbs by stairway, and incredibly dirty. No matter how clean you keep your place, be prepared for unscripted encounters with cockroaches of various sizes and looks.

Great place to stay! Very close to UQ, minutes away from the train station. I loved my apartment - with a washer and a dryer and a small kitchen. Very friendly managers. My only issue was using a dryer for clothes - could not make it work long enough to dry a load. The dryer kept switching off after like 15 mins of work. The rest of my stay was great!
