Sticksies Roxburgh Park

Just today I went to this restaurant and I was surprised how rude the staff was , the food wasn’t even warm either and how can you run out of strawberries and bananas when those are basically your main ingredients! I’ve been here multiple times with family and friends and every time we’ve been there they always had bad service. I’m surprised that they ran out of strawberries and bananas when there’s a store that sells them right next door unbelievable.

Love! Love! Love! The loaded pancakes and milkshakes are the best desserts in Melbourne. Cannot get enough, well done legends!

I ordered this from Menulog and it took an hour I mean it was probably busy so understandable but the price is way to much for tiny small pancakes like I honestly thought it was gonna be bigger cause of the price but no it was tiny as hell but the dessert was ok

First time customer and the hype online was not what we experienced in-store. The young girl behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us or say hello. Chewing gum in front of customers and quite frankly, will not come back. Not welcoming and please teach your staff customer service too!!

Lovely clean place, great customer service! The Dutch pancakes were super sweet, ice cream serving was very generous. The store was clean and bright with plenty of seating. Outside is a small play area for the kids.

I’ve been to this place several times with family and friends and on each and every time they wouldn’t have strawberries and bananas on the pancakes although clearly in the menu it states strawberry or banana. The worst part is their excuse is they’re too expensive to buy and somehow they always have run out of bananas because they can’t buy strawberries since they’re too expensive and so customers order bananas instead. What a joke bananas don’t go off for ages and it won’t hurt to buy extra. The worker told me they buy 3-5 kg bananas a day and run out well obviously that’s how much I buy to take home and they buy this much for a shop clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Today topped it off when they didn’t have any crushed pistachio either this place is just unbelievable and the staff are SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL they should not be working here all they’re worried about is talking and being on their phones this is the last time I’ll be visiting this place I’ve given it way too many chances

I came to order some pancakes for the first time. The pancakes taste great. But the service definitely needs improving. I was served by a young girl who was more interested in drinking her energy drink and talking to her group her friends that were in the store rather than clearing her customers. Also purchased a milk shake that was extremely warm. Tasted like a hot chocolate.

Delicious treats, but the staff at this location are always rude and unwelcoming. The same two girls, more interested in talking and playing on their phones. Please hire better staff. And please make more matcha, both times I have visited matcha had run out, supposedly". If you are not interested in serving customers after 8pm

I can't believe that a pancake shop right next to a shop that sells all their ingredients has no bananas or strawberries. Every time me and famliy or friends go to this place they rarely ever have bananas or strawberries, the service isn't that great either. This place isn't even a 1 star restraunt but i have no choice other than 1 star.
