Stringybark Child Care and Learning Centre

Our son join the daycare when he turned 2.5 years. Gita and the team of educators take good care and made him comfortable. Since his first day he is always excited going to daycare and it feels like his second home . I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommended.

Stringybark is my son's home away from home. He started at this daycare when he was 2 and now after 3 years, he is saying goodbye to his second family. The centre is well priced and flexible with vacation care. Gita and her team are hands on with the kids. My son always comes home excited and happy. He learns a lot and truly feels he is part of the family. I can't thank you enough for helping my son to grow up to become a confident and happy boy. I would recommend trying this centre. You will not be disappointed!

We absolutely loved Stringybark Child Care for our son, who was very happy there for two years. Gita and her team are extremely caring, thoughtful and flexible. Our son felt safe and loved by the educators and the centre promotes a real sense of community and inclusion for all the children and their families. The environment fostered by the team of educators is one of warmth and friendliness: a perfect place for play and learning for little ones.

Gita and her team are absolutely wonderful, Had 2 kids there, very well taken care of. both my sons have been learning so much thanks to the kind and knowledgeable educators. I highly recommend this childcare center to other parents.

My daughter started at Stringybark last October and has been so well cared for there. The people here genuinely care for your child and invest themselves in them. Gita has set up a great program that incorporates dance and an understanding of different culture's holidays, not just Australia's, which (as a Mexican-American) I greatly appreciate. Our time there was short as my daughter just started school this year, but I know she'll always remember her superb carers at Stringybark. Thank you to all of them for such an incredible experience.

Our son attended here for almost a year. He loved the family feel and the small class size. His confidence grew a lot from his time here, after being at a much larger day care previously. Gita and her team were very welcoming and friendly and he flourished in their care!

My son started at Stringybark when he turned 3, just a couple of months after we moved to Australia, without speaking any word of English, and stayed until he started in the big school" early this year (2 and a half years later).This place was one of the best things that happened on our lives. Stringybark daycare is a lovely small centre with a homely feel. Our daughter was here from 2yo till 5. We visited quite a number of centres, both small and large ones, before deciding on stringybark as none had the same homely feel stringybark has. It may not look as new or as fancy as the bigger, more corporate centres but why would you pick that over feeling like you are leaving your child at a friend’s house for the day. And we honestly felt like that throughout our time there. Our daughter flourished and built strong connections with her educators and peers. Gita is so warm and welcoming, as are the rest of the educators, and she always has time to speak to you. We have such fond memories of our time there and if we were still living in the area Stringybark would, without a doubt, be the only choice for our second child!! We miss you Gita and the stringybark family! Highly recommended!!

Big ‘thank you’ to Gita and the amazing educators at Stringybark! My little one attended the centre until she started school. We are so happy with the care we received there. Gita and her team were always supportive and helpful with the transition to school.

The educators are very friendly and make this place so warm and welcoming for the kids. They encourage kids to be independent and inculcate good habits. The few months my son spent here were very helpful in transitioning to preschool.
