Called into Aspire today to look at some hiking backpacks for my wife.We were very politely greeted by a young man called Lachlan. I feel the need to mention that without any doubt whatsoever, Lachlan is an amazing asset to your company. Nothing was a bother and he actually invested time along with his knowledge of the products. Hands down the best service we’ve experienced here in Launnie. Well done mate and thank you.

Friendly and helpful staff with great knowledge of their stock and of the Tasmanian outdoors. Aspire stands by its brands and doesn’t sell ‘cheap’ gear. If you want quality and good advice, your money will be well spent here.

This place hasn't been opened long but the guys there really know what they're doing. Helped me compare two jackets - one that they sold and one that they didn't sell, to make sure I got what I needed. They are friendly and have a wealth of information about their products and they all seem to be outdoorsy so they use a lot of them themselves. They're connected to local outdoor groups, climbing etc. so they're doing more than just selling products. Prices very reasonable particularly for the high spec stuff they're selling.

The staff are very knowledgeable and generous in sharing it, when asked. They really honed in on what we needed, asking a few probing questions, to understand our situation, and provide informed options. (eg. for fuel cannister requirements: how long was our trip; approx. how many times we would cook a day, for how many people; contingency considerations etc). I much appreciate the frank honesty, and personalised customer service!

Visited all the hiking stores in Launceston today, only to return to Aspire. You will get service and advice from the staff here that is unmatched in any other store. Don't waste your morning shopping around. This independently run store is the best.
