I have paid thousands of $$ in advance and now he is not answering phone calls or messages. His phone is ringing but goes unanswered. This is so pathetic.

My parents bought a lounge from you guys not a long ago. It was made for them. It is hard & very uncomfortable lounge. I'm trying to get rid of it & everyone says it's not comfortable. And it was a rip off $3,900. Never recommend you to no one

Better to go for a different furniture store.. these guys are not even responding calls and mail after you pay advance or buy the product.. I requested for minor modification to add extra wool to make it firm.. the product is delivered without hearing my thoughts .. I was ready to pay extra.. now they are not even attending my call within a month after delivering the product.. no idea how I will claim if there is any warranty issues.. my warranty is for 10 years.. but no one is responding within a month....Better to go with big furniture giants..Reply for your comment : As I don't want to create one more review..I appreciate how the way you recieved me at your store , this is basics done by all retailers.. and please don't compare your customers by their range which is not a good attitude for a sales person , today I bought a $1000 product and there might be people who buys for $ 20k or $ 200k based on their needs. And most of the human will try to get the best deal from a store.. i accept you did a15 % discount for the boxing day sale.. and you delivered for a fee which all retailers will do, don't portray as if you delivered for free.Could you please update here how many times I had to call you guys both the store and mobile number and how many times have you answered my call. Also pls let the readers know how long did you took to respond back ??If in case after an year or two if i want to check something about warranty how will be ur response ?? Dont worry, This will never happen in my case. I had already forgot about the warranty.

Thought this was an honest business at the beginning where they were able to give my sick mother in law a discount after receiving a set of drawers the draws were broken on the first day called this company back more than 3 times to ask them to come and have a look at the drawers of help out as we paid $500 for drawers that clearly were damaged even if it was floor stock after being told over 3 times they would come and see the drawers no one has called or come to see. Will be taking this further as my mother in law is very upset over this as she feels cheated and is on the pension and has a disability. Very sad. Your response to my review is not true as it was not 5 weeks after purchase and you never contacted us back as I have my number aswell which I always answer as I run a business from my telephone also. I would never want to ruin a businesses reputation through a google review but as I said there was no call back or someone to come see the drawers themselves. There was obviously an issue with the drawers as you deducted the price and wanted it off the floor still to this day no call back after calling 3 times and being quite respectful and understanding that it was deducted in price but there was an issue. I was always polite to you and I would of expected to have some professionalism returned back.

Martin was a very friendly and approachable guy. We got such a good deal from him with our custom lounge and marble coffee table! He even had us laughing in tears with how funny he was. Furniture came in one piece and in great quality!Donna
