My family and I were stuck in Grafton with a boat trailier that had fallen apart on the way to QLD. Michael and his team dropped everything and worked well into the night and early the next morning to get us back on the road.I can't thank them enough for what they did.

Avoid at all costs, because it will cost you a lot!Our driver had a small accident with a box trailer coming through Grafton so stopped at Grafton Trailer Hire to have it assessed and hopefully repaired. Initially he received a verbal quote of around $100" to have it sorted so I called for a firm price before giving them the OK to proceed. Now it was $450!If that was where it had ended I would have let it go but when we finally got the trailer back (mate of mine towed it back) we discovered that it was still in a terrible condition. We took it to our local trailer guys and they recon that we were lucky that it made it back

Excellent, friendly, and very helpful service. I've just had two trailer repair jobs done there and the prices were very reasonable. Even better, I wasn't treated like an idiot just because I am an older woman. If my trailer ever needs fixing again, this is definitely where I will go!

Great place to get your trailer serviced or if you want your trailer built.Michael and his staff are there to provide the assistance you require at a reasonable price. While I was up there, although Michael was on holidays, (deserved)he made himself available to assist anyone who called.

We had a bearing burn out on our holiday south, the bloke running the shop came in on his day off, fixed it and sorted out some other issues, got us back on the road in a few hours.Very very well priced. Great customer service, was more then happy to pay for his workmanship.Thank you
