I was not lucky enough like others unfortunately. I had to refer to their workshop 4 times and still I have wind noise...First time they did not read insurer's communication properly that I required genuine glass installed. Second time, they installed the non genuine glass on my car by mistake. Third time they installed the correct glass but lots of wind noise. Fourth time referred for wind noise and unfortunately on the way back home the wind noise came back. So have to deal with this issue for the rest of car's life... The staff were polite.

Great service! I was advised it would take a few weeks for my door glass to arrive and they'd contact me as soon as it did. I was told I'd be contacted if they had an availability. On both accounts, they were true to their word. Called me the minute the glass arrived to book me in then again as they had an earlier slot. Can't thank the team at caboolture enough for their efforts.
