Ben is a lovely and personable vet who truly loved and cares about his patients. He has been treating my floof since she was a kitten and she has thrived under his care. It’s just a shame there is no treatment for old grump.

I recently adopted a stray cat, and have been very happy with the Fairford Rd Animal Hospital! They have been excellent at walking me through what I needed to do to care for Cornelius - and Dr Ben is a great vet and the team have also been very nice!Also great when I head down abit earlier because they can generally accommodate seeing me before my appointment time! And they have a very cute waiting room cat (I forgot his name - but he's so friendly!!!)

Will not be returning. The Vets are impersonal and aloof from both clients and animals.My 15 minute consult was nothing but. No conversation just the vet typing and clicking on his computer.I knew what was needed for my dogs ear infection. Why did I have to pay $100 to be left in a consulting room .You would think the Vet would ask some questions and suggest future strategies.Nothing. Pay at the counter.As stated will not be back.

Dr Ben was amazing with my dog! He took the time to listen to me amongst his very busy day to really get the info he needed for my dog’s health issues. Definitely recommend!

Ben was unbelievably wonderful with us when we brought in a cat (that wasn't ours) with a burst and infected abcess.He took the time to inform us of what the concern was and helped locate the cat's owner.Highly recommend Ben and his team, we'll be taking our 6 cat's there in the future
