Cold Rock Ice Creamery Coolangatta

What a thing of beauty. There are no cold rocks left back home is Adelaide so I couldn't resist. Just have one of everything and put it on the credit card.

Definitely recommend. I ordered a custom timtam ice cream cake for my partner’s birthday. Their cake specialist was very nice and took the time to make sure I was happy with every element of the cake. When I picked it up, it looked even better than I imagined it and my partner loved it!

Very rude young girl with black short hair severed me an undersized regular ice cream, barely any ice cream and didn't offer me mix ins. I gave her my members card which I had $5 on and see didn't take it off or gave it back to me. Very upset with this issue and might not come again very very disappointed!

I feel ripped off from this business. I would give a 0 if I could. The false advertising is huge here - they have loaded shakes on the menu for $8 (small) which we ordered and they started making it. They then said the price was $21 (for two). The math isn’t mathing. Nowhere did they mention that additional toppings were extra - they added toppings in our shakes without our permission and wanted us to pay for them when we didn’t ask. We just wanted the $8 small loaded shakes as advertised on their menu. We feel like $10.50 per small shake was ridiculous as half of the cup wasn’t even full and it was so milky and had no substance in it. NEVER COME HERE! The lady working here was also rude and her attitude wasn’t hospitable at all. I had low expectations from a business that is open so late but this is lower than I thought. I don’t get upset a lot but when you rip me off and potentially intend to rip more people off in the future, that’s when it’s not okay. I am disgusted and will tell everyone I know about my experience. Never again.

Friendly staff and nice combination of condiments and ice cream. Unique experience.

Cold Rock is a fabulous place to take kids for an ice cream treat. Ice creams can be customised with added biscuit, jaffas or other fillings spread through.The only downsides are that the flavour range is heavily skewed towards flavours you'd think children would like. Even the flavours that are more adult" like coffee still taste like a 7 year old would have had the final say.The other downside is the costs

Worth the 40 minute mission drive to make my kids happy lol. Staff were lovely and of course the ice cream mixed with our favorites was amazing! I had a shake which I don't usually go for and man that was good lol.

Extremely tasty ice cream but the marshmallows on the mix ins were a bptiny bit chew, but still very tasty
