Store manager Cindy and Denis were amazing even through we were difficult they went above and beyond to try and get the best outcome for us. We will be moving internet broadband with them because of there great service. Very impressed

Pathetic staff. Went there twice on different ocassions. Poor customer service. Staff looking to reduce their work and not wanting to do actual work by taking ownership and resolving customer issues.

I love coming here. People are friendly. No dramas, good shops to look at, lovely eating places. Healthy or junk food haha...Great in the summer but a little nippy in the winter with Winter.And it's great now with the metro, across the road.

Updated: new review. 5 stars -Thanks to Dana and Kola they literally turned the worst experience in a store to the best experience in the same store, testimony to how a great attitude can reflect in your work. Dana is the BEST followed closely by if not equal with is Kola. I can't thank these two enough for the effort and service provided. Will be back! Below is the experience I had the first time I went there with another staff member on duty. Massive difference!Old review: 1 star - Rude, aggressive, unkind, just a few words I would use to describe the service here. People in retail need to be trained on how to leave the bad attitude outside of the business. Very disappointed. Rather than a comforting sales rep asking you nicely you get a grumpy look barking orders at you. NO THANKS!!! I'd give zero stars if that was an option. Store opens at 9am but they need 2 minutes to set up counters etc we'll here is a genius idea start setting up at 8:58am and you'll be right.

Great experience changing over our plan from Telstra to Optus with Kola. He was easy to talk to, went above and beyond to help us out, and made sure he walked us through exactly what we needed to know for our plans.

Female staff, Stephanie was rude and unkind. Never smile or greetings to us. Her speech was not suitable for customer service. Very condencending and racist. She asked if my husband can speak English in front of both I and my husband. He does understand what she said exactly. She should know that 1 in 4 people in here was born in overseas. Australia is multisociety country.Do not assume that Asian cannot speak English as they dont talk much.

Today at 10.30 I was served by Jaanvi( hopefully right spelling)at Optus, Rouse Hill and she provided great assistance.Jaanvi was polite, knowledgeable and went out of her way to help. Jaanvi is an asset to Optus and should definitely be rewarded

My partner and I went into the Rouse Hill store today, we were served by the most amazing staff Kola and Dana who helped us through the whole process! Both went above and beyond in their service to us and we would 110% recommend than to anyone!A million thanks again ❤️

I purchased a prepaid SIM from this shop. They charged me $180 for a $150 plan. They said because it was purchased at the store, I should pay $30 extra, which was wrong! Then they couldn't set up the SIM and told me the SIM was faulty. They cancelled the SIM and tried to set up a new SIM. Then, in the end, they failed to set up the plan that I wanted to buy on the new SIM and told me that I should go home and order a new SIM online! And they will transfer the number later. I know now that neither of the SIMs was faulty, and the guy in the Optus store didn't know how to set up a SIM.They wasted 1 hour of my time, did nothing and refunded my $180. I returned home and ordered the plan that I wanted online for $150, but realised they had already set up a different prepaid plan on the SIM, and I had to charge the SIM $7 every 7 days to keep the number. The next day my wife returned to the store, and they told her we could not keep the number if we ordered a new SIM (which was wrong), and they cancelled the SIM that was ordered online. Then they tried to set up the SIM again and failed again! They told my wife we needed to call Optus, and they should be able to fix it! They wasted another hour, and they did not even apologise for their mistake. The guy of dark skin colour (I forgot to take his name) who made all these mistakes and his manager behaved like this is normal, and nothing wrong had happened.In the end, after spending several hours at the store and online, we went to the Castle Hill Optus store, and a guy named Matt fixed all issues in less than 3 minutes because he knew what the Optus plans were and how to set up SIM, etc.The whole story may look funny, but the guy at Rouse Hill Optus store does not know what he is doing.

I cannot explain the level of support I received by this store - Dennis, Danna and the store manager - AMAZING!!!For further information regarding why this store is amazing check out my Samsung paramatta google reviewThis store went to the moon and back for me and it technically wasn't even their issue to do so
