I knew that I needed to change something with my food & training, I didn’t know what I was doing wrong, all I knew was that I wasn’t happy. So I gave Ab Factory a go, it hasn’t been smooth sailing, there have been difficult challenges to face but with Dave & Trish I have worked through those challenges. Some days are good and some aren’t, but I’m feeling so much happier and stronger. All I can say is ‘Give it a go’, you will not regret it.
