Super Dooper impressed with Rockingham Kia! Nothing was too hard. I have bought several new cars in the past and no customer service has ever come close to these guys. Phil the New Car Sales Manager went above and beyond to make sure we were well informed on our purchase, kept in the loop constantly, were fast and efficient in delivery. Extremely helpful to the point of allowing our sign writing people in to do the work onsite as well as washing the car for them beforehand! When we picked the car up, Phil took his time in making sure we were fully knowledgeable on the workings of the vehicle before we drove it away. Thank you Phil and Rockingham KIA, you have a client for life. Not to mention, that the Cerato is FABULOUS!!

Ronnie assisted me with the purchase of a Seltos and the experience was first class. Great communicator, friendly and genuine, Ronnie went above and beyond and clearly knows his product. From point of contact to post delivery service was a comfortable experience. Sales staff were warm and friendly. I came in 30mins before they were closing on a Saturday and never once felt like I was being rushed. I dealt with Doug Smith, he made the sale and after sales experience stress free. My calls or texts were responded to promptly. I had a couple of concerns with my vehicle two weeks after delivery, and true to his word had he had my concerns resolved quickly. Happy to recommend anyone to deal with Doug.

Not impressed by Kia Rockingham customer service. Booked car with Kia. recently moved from interstate was not aware that in WA there is no cooling off period. Anyways we trusted on KIA name and signed the contract without noticing “no cooling off” as was expecting great customer service. Contacted KIA Rockingham gentleman refused to refund the deposit and pointed towards no cooling off period. When I go through in detailed to contract find out on delivery date was mentioned TBA ( no date mentioned) whereas we been promised to deliver the car in July.Overall we signed the contract without reading (big mistake) just because of Brand name. Really disappointed the customer service we had will not ever visit or trust on brand name.

Anyone looking for a new car, Struan is one of the best members I've come across. His service was professional, creating a rapport right off the bat. Anything you could think of from warranty terms and conditions to operating UI in the car he covered. Thoroughly impressed and will be sticking with KIA not just for the robustness of the cars but for the service the team members such as Struan provide.

Very unprofessional, refused to fix a warranty repair and made me return all the way to Wangara Kia to get my paint job fixed when Kia clearly said ANY Kia dealership will do the repair for me.

When Natalie and I were looking for a new car we had narrowed down to only a few options, one of which was a Kia Cerato GT. Rockingham Kia happened to have one in a colour that we both loved (Gravity Blue) so we went to have a look at it. From the moment we arrived we had a great experience with the whole Kia team but especially Phil, the sales manager. We had a great test drive and when we came back the next day to work out a number that we could both live wit, the experience continued to be great. At no point did we feel like we were being sold" a car and there was no high pressure sales tactics
