Have been many times. Electronics are always faulty. A framed print" was a magazine page photo in a 50c Salvo's frame. You get items added that you did not bid on and told there's no returns. Dodgy as."

I wouldn't waste my time! Sell your items on Facebook.We were not advised of the $2 Lotting Fee ($2 per item).When the Lotting Fee is added to the 20% per item fees, watch out you may owe them money!We were not contacted when items were sold, or sent any paperwork.Some paperwork was sent after our request a number of weeks later. The cheque was not sent when we requested it. I visited the office twice to follow up on payment and was told to come back on Saturday for a cheque.I would not use them again. It is donation by stealth really!

First experience and it was a poor one.Table listed as NEW ping pong table" which at first look I thought it was but when I got it home I realised it certainly was not new. 2 vital bolts with specific sized spacers were missing and the accessories had clearly been used..... Not to mention I paid $90 for a table that only costs $99 from the store.....Also a 20% buyers premium is outrageous and the constant glitches online are just frustratingFirst and last for me"

Fast paced, to fast for their own good.lost my items and ended up over charging me by a couple of hundred.thought it could of been a one off.i was wrong . The next time I went they sent my items home with the wrong person and I ended up with a few ratty rags I didn't want or buy.no thanks

Can not recommend buying anything through this company if it’s a unreserved auction why were they reviewing final prices with seller the final bid is what it sells for.I won paid for an item and then they asked for it back as was not supposed to be in the auction I was compensated a small amount but wasted my day to to bid on a item I was after only to get a phone call to bring it back not good enough.

Would never recommend selling anything through this company. Reporting their highly questionable practices to Dept of Fair Trading. No accountability. No itemised report of sales. Changing stories eg free collection of goods then we were charged $200 for collection. Difficult to get the tiny amount of money out of them. Only paid up when threatened with Dept of Fair Trading. They even pretended not to know who we were. The list goes on and on. Never ever use this auction house.

Been going to these auctions for a decade.. won an item and took screen shot as proof. Went to collect and one of the workers said sorry i bought them and ignored my evidence of purchase they rip people off and even old staff member told me they are dodgy.. go to market place. Its way better. Avoid these auctions

I went to return an auction item today because it was not as described. The auction item was described by the auctioneer as a camp oven. It was actually camp oven accessories. I am a good customer and expected the staff member I saw to show good faith and perhaps offer either a refund or a credit. I'm very upset by the way the young man spoke to me. He was aggressive and condescending and refused a refund or credit. Perhaps it was because I'm an older woman and an easy target. Make sure you view items in person and not just online.

Not happy when you pick something up and something is missing and it was there yesterday as we took a picture. yes they gave us some money off but i dont think thats the point,
