We couldn't recommend this store, staff and products more highly. We ordered a new couch from the Sapphire Wood Castle Hill store with the help from Alice, who was there to answer all of our questions when it came to choosing the material, size and the rest! Alice was patient and didn't make us feel as though we were being pushed into a quick decision. The couch was delivered sooner than expected, although unfortunately did not fit in the entrance of our apartment. Maxine and the team assisted us by re-ordering a new couch that would fit within our dimension requirements of our building. Maxine's patience, understanding and assistance in this situation was unforgettable. We will definitely be purchasing from Sapphire Wood Castle Hill again in the future - amazing customer service, could not thank them enough.

I bought my sets of furniture from Sapphire Wood Castle Hill on two occasions. The quality & style of their furniture withstand the test of time. Also, It is a great experience to deal with a sales lady called Alice there. Alice is patient and helpful. She is informative with good product knowledge. Her advice is valuable but she doesn’t push us making a quick decision which we are really appreciated. Her high standard of customer service skill is impressive. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alice and Sapphire Wood Castle Hill to anyone who is looking for quality but reasonable price furniture.

After hearing amazing stories about the service provided by Sapphire Wood Furniture Castle Hill, I was so excited to finally go and purchase furniture of my own for my whole house. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly went away after I experienced the worst possible customer service of my life. I have not met anyone as unprofessional and rude as Maxine. She ignored me when I entered the store (even though it was empty), and acted as if she did not want to be there. She was incredibly rude and dismissive - and did not assist me whatsoever as she was too busy on her phone. If you are wanting to purchase furniture from here, I highly recommend going on a day one of the nicer ladies are in as Maxine was horrible!

First and last time, I bought furniture last year that I will put on marketsale to sell due it's fast deterioration, T.v stand loosing its colour and they gave me feedback that it's due sunlight exposure, how sunlight exposure will discolour a whole block in vertical way but not discolour other. Couches not only lost shaoe but turn flat when you set on them, as if they are sourced from the worst sponge shop, and they replied that they need rotation as if am not doing it becuse they are uncomfortable, and not to mention their lousy finishing and all threads that keeps appearing here and there,I regret paying thousands from this shop, I should've bought from IKEA, they are way better comparing to price, and at least Ikea has a better understanding for their customers problems.

Fantastic service and fantastic price on their quality furniture- that was what I thought....until now while I am still waiting for delivery...not only delivery but simply for a commit date for delivery.When we ordered in Oct., we were told the dining chairs will not be available until mid- Dec. Have not heard a word from them so I rang the store up and spoke to the store manager on the weekend- she asked me to call back today as their factory is closed on weekends, but she took my order number and promised to give the factory a call today(Monday). I called and talked to the same person only to be told the factory will call me...she could not even give me a tentative date of delivery..she simply said it is their company policy that the factory calls the customer to discuss the probable delivery date.What a 5-star NEGATIVE post Sales experience...never again ...so watch out shoppers...
