Stephens Bond Cleaning did my exit bond clean and went above and beyond to have my rental looking amazing. Excellent communication throughout to make sure everything was done to the highest standard. I would definitely use the service again, amazing quality for great price!

Initially I found Alan professional and responsive to my enquires in the first couple of telephone calls.I paid $100:00 deposit online for a bond clean (4 bedroom, 2 bathroom + media room home).I met Alan at the property around 08:00 in the morning. I didn't have any concerns. I left Alan at the property for the day (I came and went a couple of times throughout). No concerns to report.I received a telephone call at 15:00 in the afternoon to advise that work was completed. When I arrived, I could immediately see a couple of minor things that didn't appear to have been done.Essentially, I paid Alan the balance of the account via Pay ID (more on this below). I didn't want conflict, debate etc as most of my move hadn't gone to plan. I was already stressed and unwell.Whilst Alan was touching up a couple of minor things, I was looking around and becoming more concerned. Alan left shortly afterwards.On closer inspection, I now feel like I have been caught as the more I look, the more I find. I should have done more research and taken more precautions before payment.I have attempted to advise Alan of my concerns and that of the agent, but it seems that he has a response for everything.I am disheartened to leave such a negative review but Alan has not delivered a bond clean at all.Furthermore, I've had to make numerous calls to Alan to get an invoice emailed, again with numerous responses.Based on my experience, if you are looking for a BOND CLEAN and not just a routine basic clean, then DO NOT USE this service.Peace of mind and value for money are non existent with this business. If I could rate any lower than 1 star I would.Additionally, if you do use this service, please pay Alan by means of a card. The additional fee (in my case 2%) is well worth in the event that you find yourself in my position and need to request a chargeback.A chargeback through a bank is easier that having to lodge claim through a Small Claims Tribunal for the monies.I have lodged a chargeback and a claim already.UPDATE...Have been advised by Visa, through my bank, that a chargeback has been approved.So happy that the online booking deposit that I paid to this business has been refunded. It's taken almost 3 months but the time and effort are worth proving that businesses who don't deliver can't actually get away with it.Again, DO NOT USE this service if you're looking for value for money and peace of mind. You'll absolutely regret it.

Alan was professional and responsive. He worked hard at my apartment doing bond clean. He followed the agent requirements to the letter. He took a load of stress off my plate.

Alan from Stephens Bond Cleaning was an absolute delight to deal with. From my initial enquiry, to cleaning of the properties and his follow up communication, nothing was too much trouble for Alan. I had two properties cleaned simultaneously and he handled all aspects of cleaning, windows, carpet and pest control with ease. Each property was left sparkling clean, Alan was efficient, professional and his attention to detail was much appreciated. So glad to have been put onto Stephen's Cleaning services after another cleaning business did an absolute joke of a cleaning on our property!These guys came in and did a stellar job along with communicating the whole time about anything they found wasn't done the day before by the other cleaners (which was most things!) and to ask what was used on certain parts of the property in order to make sure they used the best products to clean it with etc. Very grateful for their honest, hard and thorough work!
