This is the worst store that I ever went.They will not help you to solve any issue.ESim activation time is too long. I ask them to help to call tech support which I cannot call without SIM card. They use the protocol saying : oh it’s not 4 hours yet. I can’t do anything. And I can’t call tech support since 4 hours not reached.So I went back to chatswood Optus in 30 mins and they called tech support and solved the problem.What a great customer service!

I was having problem with my business account. Speak to the Optus business call centre multiple time but no help at all. Plan to cancel off all my service but this store staff Tec and his colleague help me out a lot and because of them I still stay with Optus. Good work to you both.

Shashwat was a complete super hero. I had a complex international tech issue that I needed to resolve. I’d wasted a lot of time trying to sort it online and on the phone so decided I needed to see a real human! He was calm, professional and patient. The issue took over an hour to resolve in store. Such a relief to have him help me. Thank you Shashwat.

My experience with this store was absolutely useless, my phone broke and which was an eSim, so i purchased a new sim and tried to activate. To active you have to get a one-time code sent to your mobile.Great so anyone that has a dead or lost mobile is in trouble, I spoke to the reps online that said to re activate my number I need to go in store. I went in store with all my ID's then I needed to access my email which is also OTP protected.Great! So they sent me back home with a sim card and a number I called them back and then the manage said no i need to come back in and reactivate.Manager doesn't have a clue find yourself a better store with more staff.Update: went to the Chatswood store after a long wait to be seen they got it sorted in 30 seconds of me being with a rep.

Bought an Optus prepaid sim from Woolies a couple of weeks ago. But it faild to activate. I came to this store and they can't do nothing because it was sold by Woolies. They asked me to go back to Woolies and get refund. Woolies can't do nothing because activation failure is Optus' issue. And Woolworths ask me to show the receipt. Stupid me - of course i can't find the super market docket from weeks ago.Just terrible experience from Optus for a simple prepaid sim. Not this particular store's fault. The guy tried to help but they can't do nothing, except selling me another sim, LOL.If you buying a prepaid sim from super market - don't. Or at least, hold on the receipt, and wish for luck. And don't buy an Optus sim,

Have followed the current Store Manager from every Optis store he has been in as he is the most friendly, helpful and pleasant person to deal with who is polite and patient with his customers. A very rare quality in tech Customer Service these days. Cannot speak highly enough of Kaleb.
