I went to duplicate 2 different keys. Uncle was really professional and got them done perfectly in less than 5 minutes. I came home immediately to try them and they were perfect! His prices are unbeatable as well with $4 for a single side cut. I was undecided whether to cut the third key but he was very understanding and relaxed and didn’t push for anything. He even patiently explained twice why I couldn’t cut the fourth key. (I just nodded but he could tell I didn’t understand so he explained it again haha.)You can find his shop next to commbank in burwood. There’s a sign next to a cafe that says key cuts and shoe repair. Just walk in the little walkway and you’ll see his shop. I don’t usually post reviews but I thought more people should know about him! (I called two other places, one that has a franchise, and their prices were $5 and $9 with bad reviews - keys don’t always work.) But it’s cheap here and it works! So please cut your keys with him! :)

Submitted a customised request for adding rubber heels to my luxury leather shoes, didn’t quite expect it but the job has been done beautifully. Big thumbs up! Will come again.

I would give 0 stars if I could.I took a $180 pair of Wittner, high heel, ankle, leather boots to inquire if the edges could be glued down. The cobbler ripped the shoes off the sole before asking and then said it would be $45 to fix the shoes. I was obviously committed at this point as the shoes could no longer be worn.I picked up the shoes yesterday and the structure of the shoe has been collapsed from bending and crushing from the clamps used to glue the sole of the shoe back on and general handling. I saw the cobbler (and stopped him) from bending and pressing in the shoe further while I questioned him. The leather has also been dented and scratched. The shoe shape is also different as it was not glued on correctly.The cobbler tried to blame me for the marks saying they were from wear and tear when they definitely were not. He knew it too and was grasping at straws as he extremely reluctantly gave me a refund for the 'repair' in the end. However, he will not provide compensation for the shoes which were in a wearable and better condition when first taken to him. Now the shoes do not look the same and look like a cheap $20 pair of shoes.EXTREMELY UPSET AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COBBLER TO ANYONE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR SHOES BECAUSE HE DEFINITELY DOES NOT!

Andrew is the man that you need, no hassle at all, straight to the point, I regret nothing. REAL EXPRESS SERVICE!I needed to repair two pair of shoes that previosly was said that didn't have remedy.The first pair was unstitched, only 10 bucks around one hour later or less, was DONE⚠️⚠️⚠️Second pair, will be ready on Monday due to they will get the complete service, (I where there that last Friday), and as we agreed there were ready because Andrew no work on weekends.Totally woth it.

Have had many pairs of shoes repaired by this man. He is very talented, always does an excellent job and doesn't charge much at all. I highly recommend this shop!
