I recently had a haircut and was really disappointed with the service.. It was done by an assistant who has been there for a long time and she handled me very unprofessionally. She was talking to others while cutting my hair and did not set it after completing. When I inquired about that she was like ‘it’ll cost extra $10 to set it.’ Hair wasn’t washed before the hair cut and I asked to do a layer cut.. As professionals in the field they should advice the customer whether it suits or not.. Unfortunately she didn’t do either.I was really disappointed with the service and would not recommend others for a hair cut. Although Isha is quite good and she is doing a good job….
