A to B Fencing
I needed to replace my backyard fence due to its deteriorating condition. The hardifence was going to be removed and replaced with color bond fencing. I went on-line and advertised through Hipages the work I needed completed by available tradesman. After a lengthy negotiating period with interested parties, I settled for a company called A to B fencing with a sole operator by the name of Aaron Brown. There were good reviews and recommendations from previous clients and everything look legit. It has become very obvious to me that this guy Aaron has written the reviews himself. I have been on a rollercoaster ride with him ever since we first starting texting. The first red flag was when he changed his mobile number and fed me some garbage about having a domestic argument with his partner and the police confiscated his mobile so he had to get a new number. I gave him the benefit of the doubt as he seemed genuinely remorseful for the delay to my txt messages. He was very inconsistent afterwards, ringing me from home which came up as a private number then whilst also using the new mobile number in between. I checked all his credentials through Hi Pages, he had a valid ABN Number, work license number and even his home address listed which is 10mins away from me. As the Ad said all of his info was verified by Hi pages staff I felt satisfied enough to proceed with the job. I eventually organized a time with him to do the job, he stipulated that he would need 50% of the payment so he could order the materials and then the balance at completion of the job. He sent me an e-mail confirming the materials were ordered and the job was booked for Friday 18th. He arrived around 10am which i thought was an unusual time to start as tradesman are usually there a lot earlier and once he arrived he started dismantling the fence. I glanced at the materials and noticed that something wasn't right with the amount on the tray and couldn't see the plinths that go at the bottom and that's when I also noticed the color was wrong. I pulled him up and queried him about this and he made that confusing look and doubled checked with his sample kit against the color. I wanted Paperbark which we spoke about countless amount of times before the job and he turns up with cream color. He walked away and made a call which I now believe was to no-one and then returned to tell me he would have to come back tomorrow to complete the job as the paperbark color I wanted would not be in till later that afternoon. That was the last I have seen of him, mobile calls are going straight to message bank. I'm absolutely dumbfounded what his intentions are considering that he is leaving a lot of traceable evidence behind
