Gormans Florist

Not the best and I am so upset of the car seat damage that caused by their cheap packaging :-(I bought a bouquet of dried flowers and thought its going to last for a quite some time. Here is the photo of it after less than 9 days.I realised after arriving home that the bouquet was leaking water on the car seat (light colour leather seat) and the soil caused permanent stain.

Ordered flowers (a week in advance) for my girlfriend on Valentines day.When I hadn't heard from her by 4pm I got worried and decided to check with the florist to see if they had been delivered. Firstly they lied and said they were delivered to someone else, then after mucking about for half an hour, they decided the order was lost.They delivered them urgently, but I had to call my gf and ask her to stay late at work to get her 'surprise' flowers.Thanks a lot Gormans. I expect more when paying nearly $150 for flowers...

Went in vaguely knowing what I wanted: the staff were so lovely and patient and did this gorgeous arrangement up for me. Reasonably priced, completely accommodating with timing and just beautiful!

The worst florist ever....I wouId have given it a minus 10 stars if I could....I ordered a deluxe" spray for my partner's mother's funeral expecting it to be at least similar to the picture online. I was horrified when it turned up on top of the coffin looking like a sad bunch of wilted mess. After spending $270 on this

They made an absolutely stunning funeral wreath for me on very short notice (about 2 hours) after my original florist delivered a substandard product. I am so appreciative of how helpful and understanding they were. The wreath they made was absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this florest to anyone who values good service and beautiful flowers. Thank you so much!

Appalling staff. Was in there with flowers in hand while staff just sat there.Their flowers are expensive, and while I wouldn't mind so much if the staff were kind and helpful, but to pay 100 dollars for a small assortment of flowers with poor customer service. It's a no from me.Never again will I buy from Gormans

I ordered two separate sympathy arrangements online for close family members in the Belconnen area. Delivery was supposed to be on Saturday 10 August so they would arrive well before the Memorial Service held the following Monday. The order was placed well before their 10am cutoff time for a Saturday delivery with email confirmation regarding receipt of both orders. As of today, Wednesday 14 August, the orders have not been delivered. I have just called Petals Network who have now cancelled both orders - however that is not the point. It is too late. It is beyond frustrating and so very disappointing that the flowers I ordered, to try and bring some comfort to loved ones at such a difficult time, were not delivered. Appalling lack of service Gorman Florist.

Nice flowers but I was looking for flowers for the funeral of my husbands brother and I couldn't find what would have been just right. It was probably me as it was a sad time and I had a heavy heart.

Horrible service. The florist was rude and not very service minded. Bought a small bouquet which came with a glass vase. Asked if she could wrap them up in just some paper like most florist do with bouquets as I was taking the flowers on the bus but got a no saying they don't do that. The flowers are still fresh a week later though which is lovely.
