Friendly service.Relatively quick service when you take into account the crowds that are normally in there.Never had any mishaps with their special cover to help prevent spills before you stick a straw in.Their design helps me buy drinks in bulk for events at home and work without having to worry about spills.They have some good special deals.Variety of flavours but do wish they also had normal" drinks somewhere in the store for people who arent as willing to experiment."

Not the best service i ever had with Cha Time. They served with no smile at all on their face. Hmmmm like they can do better then that i guess.

Over priced charged for a bubble tea. I thought the brand they increased the price. I ordered One Large Lychee Green Tea No Ice No sugar with pearls and custard and the store charged me 9.75$. Today I came to Chatime but at different location but was cost my only $7 more. Please be aware of the staff when they charge your order. I even asked them twice are you sure it was a right price and they said yes.Will never come back again.

Very rude I had a man serve me at chaitime I had asked him twice what I wanted the music was to loud and he was making me sound like I was an idiot mabey if u put the music down while serving customers u could hear better

I ordered large mango black tea with poping pearls and custard along with 5 other regular mango black tea. However they mistakenly made all regular. When I asked the staff where is my large cup they said you ordered all regular. They checked all the cups then fixed my order by pouring the regular over the large cup then add tea only. No add any topping. When I asked them the difference between regular and large cup is the amount of tea rather than everything else, they said yes, only add tea not everything else. Even I showed them the amount of topping they put in large cup was like nothing, they still argued they were right by doing that. Okay fair enough to not to come back to CHATIME WELLAND! (Other chatime shops make the topping much correct than here)

I'm not sure why they play the music so loud (same as other reviews 3 years ago). It's also an occupational hazard that can damage staff's hearing. Every time I ordered, something is unheard & my tea turns out not exactly what I want...The other thing not to my understanding is brown sugar can't be ordered with some drinks...why not?

Focus on making the tea and not who comes in. Its obvious the staff were gossiping about us, staring and making us feel uncomfortable. It has happened many times. I love the tea and everything they serve is great, the attitude needs to change though. Having frequent customers is a good thing, don't make them feel bad about going there

Great bubble tea, getting more and more expensive. My Asian wife describes the tea as white washed.
