I love the big quiet room and the huge bathroom, which is disabled friendly. It comes with beautiful water view. A good place to stay relaxing.Walking distance to shopping centre and a range of restaurants. Friendly and supportive staff. The room was generally clean but found dusty in some area.The breakfast package was really good deal and it was such a big serve (It could be for 3 people). You can order the food by your preference. The restaurant was busy. A indoor playground was next to the restaurant.Room service was also available.

Very nice establishment with very friendly staff, clean big comfortable room with views, the coffee and breakfast was pretty good too, plenty of free undercover parking.thanks for a hassle free stay.

This hotel is part of the much larger WestWater complex.Decor stuck in the 90s and not sure there's been much renovation since then. Rooms are spacious but looking tired with old carpet, cracked tiles and dirty grout. Bed was reasonably comfortable and the water was hot. Inuded breakfast was good and parking is free.The location is supposed to be nice- on the lake - but all I got to see was the shopping mall across the road.And don't expect to be able to get food after 9pm - the kitchen was closed when I got to the bistro at ten after 9 on a Saturday.Definitely not what I would rate as a 4 star hotel.
