Very bad experience and ridiculous no refund policy if you change your mind. Although they claim that they are the Perth No.1 Japanese & Korean Beauty Store, they actually sell something which is not from Japanese or Korean like this facial massage roller with poor quality. I will never come back again.

Wide knowledge of the cosmetics world from both Korea and Japan, staff speak English, Mandarin, Korean fluently and are always welcoming to show new items.

Absolutely abysmal shopping experience and customer service. I went in there with a friend and the girl at the cashier made all these rude comments about my friends' appearance. My friend was having trouble finding the product she wanted and remembering the name of the product, so when I rushed over to help, the cashier girl commented that I was the 'mom friend who helps out the drunk friend' in a teasing tone. My friend wasn't drunk, she was nervous and uncomfortable. I'm not asking for a 5-star service, but the overfamiliar rudeness from this place is unacceptable.Edit: time and visit was 9/10/21 around 3:30 - 4:30PM

Fairly nice range with a nice vibe inside.I bought at least $100 of product, including a rom&nd lip tint, a balm oil cleanser, some eyeliner pens and a brow pen.The lady was very accomodating and also gave me a free sample.

This place is clean and beautiful, but basically just sells face masks and a couple of bits of makeup. I was looking for waterproof mascara and could only find one brand (not waterproof). None of the three ladies working in the store made eye contact with me, welcomed me or asked if I needed any help.

The range of products are limited and also not competitively priced, the staff aren't attentive, I've often come in and not been approached and asked if I need help, they come off as a bit above it all. The Cosme Hut in carousel has much friendlier and more helpful staff.
