O'Brien® AutoGlass Tweed Heads

Terrible customer service from both head office and local at Tweed Heads. Do not trust for windscreen replacement, that mess up the calibration and just buried there head in the sand.Have had to take car back to manufacture to be done correctly. When questioned about it was just hang up on or told they would call back, which never happened!From reading reviews seems to be a common practice, all the best would not use again.

Clean comfortable waiting area.Staff are professional and excellent st there job.To book in was so easy as I talked to a person who was so lovely and helpful.Was very reasonable priced for a truck windscreenHighly recommend

Where do I start.. this office delayed providing an invoice to a business customer for over a month, unable to call them over the phone, voicemail box is always full and emails do not get replied to. Upon visiting the location there are two staff sitting at the desk looking quite comfortable and not busy at all.advised by the 1800 number that they were also unable to raise anyone in the shop during business hours.absolutely shocking lack of customer service from this shop.

Fixed my rear view mirror for free and windscreen repair was good, they even call you reminding you that your car is almost ready.

My experience with O'brien Auto Glass was not very helpful, although maybe that wasn't the fault of the particular branch, rather than the system itself. The people I spoke to on the phone were not particularly clear about where they were directing me, and as a result I attended the Tweed heads store, only to be told that they don't provide the service I required and I would have to take it to the Brisbane facility. This was confusing, time consuming and costly.Being directed to the Brisbane facility in the first instance and informed that I was being directed there would have been much more helpful than allowing me to believe I was calling Tweed Heads.

The team at Tweed Windscreens OBrien was really helpful, very professional, very pleasant to deal with - nothing was too much trouble for them & they even managed to fit us in on very short notice. Overall Grayson and the whole team were just great people to deal with. Highly recommend!

My Insurer placed my new car with stone chip with Obrien glass Tweed Heads. (November 2022). Once they realised it was a special windscreen they said they needed to order it in. After a few weeks I had my Insurer call them and was told the new replacement windscreen was smashed on delivery and a new one had been ordered, After no response I followed up and got a date of Jan 13th. We arrived in our cars only to be told “Didnt you get my email? It was cancelled as the new one hasn’t arrived. Then someone appeared from out the back telling us“The windscreen is here” but we have to rebook to have it fitted? We drove all the way home then an hour later they call saying bring it in we have cancellations. Back down we go again and leave the car there and 2 hrs later they ask to come pick it up. I asked the Staff person if he could come out to my car and help me align the speedo in my car windscreen, he says no problem. I asked him if he could come to my car and I’d wait in my car as it was a hot day, After waiting 20 minutes in my car there was no sign of him so I ended up going to Mazda and had them sort it in a minute. After checking my emails later that day the Obrien Admin there said Mazda hadnt sent the windscreen and was waiting on a ETA. So.. where did this windscreen come from? Was it the windscreen they alleged was smashed but wasn’t who knows… So there were 2 staff standing side by side telling us 2 different stories? Who knows but what a joke. It is clear Staff do not communicate with each other. After what OBrien put us through we would never go back. NB Head Office please look into this branch, clearly something not working.

I rang my insurer (AAMI) around 1.30pm today. Within less than an hour & half they were here and fixed the chip. By the way, I’m at South Golden Beach which is a long way from Tweed Heads.Doesn’t get any better and I’m an ex Range Rover Service Manager . Thumbs Up.

Had a very long conversation after a very long wait about getting a window repaired on our work vehicle. Was told at the last minute that the policy holder was the only one who could process the claim. Was then told it would be an easy process once the boss rang back to complete claim and give the rego number. He had as much trouble as I did.
