I had a haircut, which is fine & the stylist made sure she followed the photo I showed her. Customer service's great.I'm giving 3 stars because $40 for just a haircut (no blowdrying) is too pricey for me. I've tried diff. salons & they usually blowdry after cutting to see if the hair's even & this is my first experience that after the haircut, they just let me go w/ a damp hair.When my hair's dry, found out that my fringe is uneven & I requested to have it cut until below the eyebrows but turned out it's longer & reaches my eyes. So I think $40 is not worth it. Might try other salon next time.

SO DISAPPOINTED. I had long brown hair down to my waste, went to another salon and got it dyed a darker blonde, with a little trim that you could barely tell! then a few months later decided I wanted to go green. I knew passions used manic panic so I decided to go there. I had been there before to get my hair crimped and ever had a problem, so I made my appointment with a girl that had worked on my hair previously there, then on the day of the appointment she had another client booked in while she had me booked in! worst mistake of my life. so I was put with a girl that had recently started there. I said I wanted a very dark green, and I believe my hair was light enough at the time for this. but she told me she would be bleaching it because it wouldn’t work otherwise. I didn’t want to but was feeling anxious and pressured. my hair was and is ruined. it looked good when it was done, but it was a lot brighter then what I wanted.. she cut a lot off of my hair too and it’s just been a mess. it is now above my breasts!! It took me years to grow my hair and now it is completely split almost entirely up my hair, it feels gross and I’m embarrassed. I now have to get most of it cut off to my shoulders. this is all from one visit and it has DESTROYED my hair! honestly don’t waste your time or money. my hair was my confidence and my security and it’s completely ruined.

On Friday 25th March, I booked in to get my hair coloured, cut and blow-dried. An apprentice coloured my blow dried my hair and it was great! Thank you apprentice! After that, EMMA came along and quickly chopped some of my hair at the nape of my head, only! No scissors touched the top or sides of my hair whatsoever! I was stunned when I was then led to the counter to pay for a haircut that I had not receive!! Seven weeks previous to that, I had my hair done with Amy and I was absolutely delighted with the result, so I was expecting the same again. Now I need to go to another hairdresser to have my hair trimmed. It is completely unmanageable as it is.

Great service from every member of the team. Loved how Kayla approached her work and communicated with me about what she was doing and thinking. Very satisfied with the result. I will definitely keep going to Passion even I've moved out the Woy Woy area.

Having moved up to the central coast from Adelaide almost a year ago, I struggled to find a hairdresser to cut my hair exactly the same way I would back home. Today, I tried Passion at Woy Woy, and the team were amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel incredibly welcome, and no effort was spared to make me comfortable, even going as far as making a coffee for me to really enjoy the experience! This is all the more impressive given I was a walk-in client without an appointment! Finally, Emma who cut my hair was just an absolute joy! Not only did she cut my hair as well as anyone in my hometown, she also went to the effort of making me feel like a valued customer! I think I’ve finally found my perfect hair salon on the coast!

Such a lovely place to get hair products, such a variety.

My second visit to you guys and I won't be back. Your staff member left me sitting there for 1hr and 15mins with bleach in my hair, $280 for my roots NOT to be coved up as well as my hair cut being a complete disaster is beyond a joke. I could have cut my hair better with my eyes closed. If I could give you no stars and still review i would.

17th December I rang earlier today & asked if the unvaccinated could were able to go in to the salon, the woman said yes, did I want to make an appointment, I said I would wait. I went to the salon a bit later today, looking for an appointment for Friday, she was just about to look on the computer, I informed her I was unvaccinated, she walked & said she would check, suddenly it was booked out. I just rang & asked for an appointment on Friday, a woman said could do 10am. I do not care if they do not want the unvaccinated in their salon, that is their perogative but jeez be honest.Feburary 2021. They got rid of the receptionist who was the nicest person in the salon. I went there for the second time &d to the COVID thing I left I longer than 6 to 7 weeks, they told me it would be charged as a restyle, they gotare not big on repeat business, once into the chair, an uncomfortable half hour of cold shoulder from Jules, Was suppose to get style & dry off, Jules skipped the dry off, couldn't get me out of the shop fast enough. Not a nice experience,
