We had Legacy Appliances come out and fix our fridge. Technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the fault quickly and had the part in his truck. Very good service and value for money.

I put a post on Hi Pages for someone to fix my dryer. I explained what was happening and Rion came and checked it out. It'd been playing up for a while and I'd had someone else come and look at it, they did 'something', I paid them, but they didn't fix it.From my description of what was happening, Rion brought some parts with him. He was spot on, and not long after he arrived, he'd fixed it. When he showed me what the problem was, it was very obvious to me - a layperson - which made me very angry that the previous tradesperson I'd had just ignored it!I highly recommend Rion and Legacy Appliance Repairs, they know their craft, and have integrity. I will definitely call upon them again should I have a need.

I received a text message prior to his arrival and the process went smoothly from there.Fixed my Fisher and Paykel dryer with ease and finesse. He explained everything to me before making any repairs and gave me an itemised quote so I could see what was being replaced. He gave me the option of a cheaper fix then explained how a new motor can ensure the machine keeps running for years to come. Due to dust damage, the ongoing damage will eventually need a new motor installed within the next 6 months or so.Once repaired, my dryer went from sounding like a truck with a diesel engine to almost silent.Any technician could’ve probably fix this problem, but Rion just did it better, he was very methodical and tidy. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.I have attached photos because other reviews with photos helped me to choose Legacy Appliance Repairs and I’m very glad I did.
