Went to godfreys first,and the service & knowledge was great.then went to good guys & harvey norman which didnt know much about anything we wanted.so went back to godfreys & purchased the hoover with power head vacuum,even threw in 15 bags for free.highly recommended

My wife and I were in store today and would like to say thank you to Alisha the manager. Alisha took a lot of time to help us (not really sure what we wanted) and we ended up purchasing a Hoover Regal. We have just used the vacuum at home and it is amazing. Great service and not pushy, thanks Alisha!

Service was amazing.I bought a Hoover cordless handheld vacuum in February. I was never pressured to buy a more expensive brand. I was left with a good impression.Last month the felt on hand vacuum component was falling off. As it was still under warranty, I returned it to Godfrey. There were no questions asked and they very efficiently organised the part to be sent to Hoover for replacement of the felt.Unfortunately, Hoover was not able to replace the felt or the component. They did glue the felt back on. Jess, an employee there, gave me a call as soon as they received the part and was quite apologetic regarding the situation. She even offered me a compatible similar part from a different model which Godfrey had as a spare.I was also very pleased that the part was returned to me sooner than the timeframe expected and communicated by Jess previously.I really did not expect service like this from Godfrey's and I'm very grateful.

Very happy with the service and my purchase of two Tineco products. I had a small issue with charging on my second Tineco product took it back in and they sent it away. Gave me a text a week later and it was ready to pick up. All fixed and back like brand new.Thank you!

Put my Bissell Shampoo machine in to be repaired, only to get a call 2 weeks later saying they don't have the parts to repair it. After picking it up I took it home pulled it apart only to find that it was the belt that was broken. Went back to purchase the belt , even though they said they didn't have the parts to fix it.

I called all over dubbo to buy a new vaccum and Godfrey’s was the only one who helped me and recommended a good vaccum for cheap and the lady who recommended it was The Manager of Godfrey’s her name was heather

Sent My Vacuum away to be fixed with them. The pandemic happened and the store understandably closed for a while. I reached out via email if I could get my Vacume sent in the post as it was fixed. They informed me I had to wait for the store to reopen and would be in touch. I had called the store in this time (getting voicemail with them being closed and emailed them also)Today they called and was informed my $300 vacuum was thrown out?! That I had waited too long (taking into the account the pandemic as waiting time, when they are closed at this time). This is disgusting that they would take advantage of this pandemic and use it as a window to rip people off.The customer service seemed very disinterested in my case and blatantly lied to me over the phone that someone made contact with me" to tell me it had came back. When asked who and how as I got no such call/ text/ email I was told they are "sorry for the bad news" in a very ungenuine way. No solution to be given or cares for that matter.Edit to owner who replied ( the best you and your team could do was offer me $10 Off a new vacume ...do you not know in your field how much an Electrolux is? Stick your $10 Off you rip offs."
