Came here for the first time. I received an appointment in 4 hours because I was in severe pain. The doctor was very understanding and nice. I wanted to get the extraction done on the same day so they booked me in 2 hours. Dr. Michelle did my extraction and she was absolutely wonderful! The extraction was hard but Dr Michelle made sure she kept giving me updates so that I don't worry and was very cheerful. The whole experience has been very positive and budget friendly.

Got 3 crowns done over 3 appointments. Have had terrible experiences with dentists so wasn't looking forward to it but Michael Chan was great with me. He was patient when l needed him to stop for a minute but got the job done as painlessly as possible. They are even open on Saturday and Sunday. Very happy to recommend Michael and the clinic.

Great clinic and wonderful experience. I had very bad and overcharged cleaning and X-ray experience in another clinic before and they told me to do some unnecessary treatment. Then I booked another appointment with Dr Michael Xu, who was very professional and considerate during the appointment. The clinic has beautiful equipment and the doctor gives thorough examination and clear suggestions and instructions. I’ll do my braces later in this clinic for sure.

My first ever dental experience in Australia, it was horrible… First off, they make me wait 40 mins. Second, the staff was quiet rude. Trying to overcharge, when i asked for the explanation she was like overreacting and didn’t even apologize for her behavior… highly recommend not to go there if you’re not Chinese.

Dr Michael Chan was amazing. He explained everything clearly and followed up with a phone call after reviewing ex rays with a recommended treatment plan. I felt like he was caring and treated me with respect and kindness. I will be seeing Dr Chan for all my future dental procedures.

My appointment was for 12:30 upon arrival told to sit down I waited for more that over half an hour was told nothing in regards to why I had to wait my understandings I've got an appointment not to sit around and wait no explanation was given just told to sit down, people have other appointments people have a life to live, not professional..

Amazing service from Dr Julie and her team, very clean and friendly practice. Receptionists and customer support is great, been there a solid amount of times to get cleans/fillings and tooth extractions. Prices are fair and competitive, well worth it for the skills and equipment provided. This is my go-to clinic and Dr Julie is superb!
