Could not be arsed to listen, spoke over me and wouldn't let me finish my sentence. They couldn't care less regarding a lost parcel. They told me to try ringing instead which the employee on the phone told me to go back instore... most useless organisation in Australia.

Why does a parcel take 3 weeks from Melbourne when there are 6 trains per week from Adelaide? Why do you not deliver to us 5 days per week instead only 3 days? It's unfortunate to see our national postal service provide such poor service to our community in Darwin.

Worst service ever I had with Australian post Darwin. These people keep your parcel with them for 6-8 weeks . I don’t exact know what they do with people parcel. I request Australian post higher authorities to investigate why these people keeps our parcels for this much longer. I had faced similar issues as other people faced because of tis Australia post facility.

Went in to pick up a parcel that was supposed to be delivered, but wasn't.Now I will admit that I was frustrated, but I went in with the right attitude because it's no fault of the staff behind the counter. Now this is what happened at the counter after I had received my parcelI asked (politely) why it wasn't delivered to the address on the package, which I think is a fair question to askThe woman behind the counter was rather blunt and rude from the get go and replied something about if it's a business address our drivers don't go knocking on every door to find the right place. So I then asked her (again politely) Is the delivery driver illiterate, slightly vision impaired or just plain old lazy ? Because there is a rather large letter box outside the premises which has the number on it and Australia Post regularly puts mail in this boxShe then mumbled something that I couldn't quite make out, so I said sorry I didn't here you, what was that. And that's when I got a really weird look with a facial expression that I could only describe as disturbingSo after this rude behaviour, I figured it was time for a little intelligent sarcasm without being obnoxious and rudeSo I picked up my parcel and I said (yep, again politely) you do realize that we live in a technologically advanced world and it's the year 2022.The smart cookies have invented a device called GPS, and another device called a mobile phone equipped with google maps, both of these devices will guide you to an address should you bother to use them. Then I said have a nice day and enjoy your weekend and walked out.At the end of the day there was no need to be rude at all and display such a bad attitudeThis was from a more mature, bigger build dark skinned woman working the parcel counterIf you the culprit happen to read this :# Your customer service skills need a major overhaul# If you were my employee and I heard you treating customers as you did me today, I would terminate you on the spot

Terrible customer service from the three ladies working today. Incredibly rude and very rushed, very disappointed with my experience at Winnelle Post office this morning

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not sure if it is lack of staff or incompetent staff but once parcels, and sometimes even letters, hit this post office they simply stop there. Sometimes for up to 8 weeks. If I had any other choice I would use them instead.

Best experience ever in an Auspost. A kind lady spent about 40 minutes in finding my parcel which was still in sorting since she was empathetic. Bless her heart.

They never deliver packages, instead just comes and drops off slips saying I was not reachable. Despite the fact that I'm home all day.

Looks like some aren't happy with the postal service, but it's mainly 2do with Oz post in general. I got a po Box at Winnellie and go to the counter often, I always received a good customer service from the staff.
