Ferrari Creative Breathwork & Yoga

I attended Kristy’s breathwork workshop and I must say, it was UNBELIEVABLE! I met Kristy through another workshop and as soon as I heard that she was running her own, I put my name down straight away. Kristy creates such a welcoming and safe space and has an incredible ability to facilitate powerful releases through breathwork. I was able to process emotions that were buried deep in my subconscious and I had visions that have brought me so much clarity and also peace. I particularly loved her inclusion of a cacao ritual- I felt my heart immediately open up which is something that I often struggle to do. I highly recommend Kristy for all of her offerings!

Kristy puts all her love and energy into each and every session, be it a yin class, one on one, or a group workshop… such warm, kind and loving woman with a wealth of knowledge and wonderful add ons like sound healing, smudging, meditation! What an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Kristy from Ferrari Creative Breathwork and Yoga. I did a Cacao Ceremony along with 1:1 breathwork. The way the room was set up was so tranquil, along with the music and drum just enhanced the session.Kristy brought an amazing energy and she really knows how to facilitate which enable an even more amazing release.

The breathwork class with Kristy was a fantastic experience. Kristy is a beautiful soul and an amazing teacher who is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. My husband and I attended Kristys breath work workshop and it is was an amazing experience! The studio was beautifully presented and felt like a really safe place to go deep within. Kristy was a fantastic facilitator and we were definitely in safe hands! We’ll be back for another session soon

Kristy has a beautiful way of guiding you and supporting your journey into letting go of the ego, and being able to connect to your higher self. I do not do yoga so was a bit apprehensive about the yoga part, but they were just a few moves to help open you and get you to relax - and being 57 and overweight I found them easy to do. The breathwork is something I have been a bit of by myself since attending, just helping me to centre myself. The room is stunning and looks out onto a beautiful bali inspired garden. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to take 2 hours to tune into themselves and feel connected to creator and to feel like they belong here on earth. I can't wait for the next one. Simone x

My most profound experience from breathwork with kristy was the amazing, presence and genuine support she had for the group and each of us. she created a safe container for the whole group, I was able to go inwards myself, had profound self exploration. I would highly recommend her class to anybody who want to connect with their body, emotions and transform their life! I have huge gratitude for the Kristy breathwork session.
