We had SK, Derek and Henry and their team renovate our first home. In short, they did an amazing job. We were shocked that they actually kept to their timeline and got most of the job done in 6 weeks. We were most impressed by their professionalism. They were patient, attentive and catered to our fussy requests. When there were issues, they’ve always attended to them in a timely fashion and never fobbed us off. They were incredibly diligent, and came in on weekends, public holidays and even late at night to get the job done. Even our neighbours were impressed!At the beginning, we were so nervous about the whole process. We’ve heard many stories from our friends who had negative experiences with their renovations. These ranged from month long delays to budget blowouts in the thousands, but we are so glad to have avoided all that with Micasa Ideas.
