Booked an early morning appointment online for a pretty serious leg injury. When I arrived (after driving 25 minutes to get there), I was told off by the receptionist, who spoke to me with contempt for not awaiting email confirmation and was told I’d have to sit and wait a long time as the doctors were busy, even though no one else was in the clinic at all. Horrible experience. When the face of the business rolls her eyes at you, raises her voice and speaks to you like a child, you know it’s a place you will ever visit again. Highly unprofessional and would definitely not recommend.

The most caring doctors my family have ever seen. We are SO lucky to have these doctors ato look after my family.

Doctor Yu is fantastic, however after waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time with another two people in front of me I was compelled to just leave. This is not the first time this has happened. Heading to Loftus medical centre where they always run on time. Sorry Jacko.

Doctors are good, it's the one particular receptionist that has absolutely no idea how to keep a booking. I understand doctors run late but when you squeeze people in for a appointment & you've been waiting over 50min with a 2yr old cause she keeps squeezing people in, its a joke.

The best doctors. Caring, efficient and very very thorough. Have full faith in these wonderful doctors.
