I bought Fathom 29 2 (Large) Mountain Bicycle from Giant Hampton. This is my second bike from them. Really good service from David and the team. They are very helpful and informative. The most important thing is, that they delivered my bike straight to my home on free of charge due to COVID restrictions. Highly recommend this store to anyone who need Giant Products.

After I had a big crash Giant Hampton identified significant issues that other shops missed and then repaired my bike so quickly; it was incredibly well priced and the service was amazing. I wish they could fix my bones as well as they fixed my bike. Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you!

The best Giant store in Victoria, they were able to resolve a frame issue that has been going on for more than 12 months, within 3 days. They went the extra mile and provided a bike fit to make sure the root cause is resolved. all with a big smile and can do attitude. big
