Tuffy Mufflers is now Tuffy Auto Centre

My car and my children's cars have been maintained by Tuffy Mufflers for years since they were in Epping and now in Eastwood. They are always helpful and do an excellent job keeping my, now old, car in top condition. David is always cheerful and was very patient with my kids when they got their first cars. The range of services that David, the owner, has done on my car is the full range of car maintenance from oil change to air con recharge to rego checks to you name it. He always makes sure I have good tyres and brakes. David is a local hero to old ladies like my mother and has replacement cars available that she can use while her car is being serviced.

Always amazing service, they go above and beyond and are a reasonable price

I went in for a blue slip - they irresponsibly left the drivers window fully open. It then down poured for 10 mins + and due to the angle of the hill, the rain collected and pooled onto the dash and center console soaking the leather chairs and in-between all the components, buttons, steering wheel doing unforeseen water damaged. There was an inch of measurable rain water in the cup holders. When brought to the attention of management they took no responsibility and total disregard for their irresponsible actions. I asked for compensation for trouble and disregarded me. I don't recommended this place due to their lack of responsibility for an error they commited.
