Jonelle and the team were a pleasure to deal with. The oven was easy to build and the quality of the finished oven is fantastic. The kit really does come with everything you need to start cooking. We have use ours at least once a week and the food we’re producing is delicious! The perfect finish to our outdoor patio!

Always wanted a good wood fired pizza oven but didn't have the courage to build one from scratch, so started looking online for alternative options. I didn't realise you could get the ovens in kit form until I found Alfresco factory, and decided to give it a try as it looked like a fairly easy process.Building was easy but you will need a few mates to help lift into place, as they are quite heavy. This is a good thing as the bricks hold the heat for a long time. It will still be warm 12 hours after you put your last log on.The pizzas cooked in these ovens are next level. They just taste different to what you can achieve in a standard kitchen oven.Hoping to experiment more over the years with other types of foods as I've read you can pretty much cook anything in these from a pizza at 350 to a slow cooked pulled pork at 110.Incredibly fun to learn a new cooking method, and if you are thinking of getting a wood fired pizza oven in Australia, check these guys out for a quote and you will be pleasantly surprised. Very easy to purchase and getting the oven shipped from WA to SA was no trouble for the team and packed well, so no damage.My Alfresco room is not 100% finished yet, only a few more things to go but have posted some pics for reference.

Just finished my diy oven and everything went well. All questions were answered by the instructions supplied and staff were happy to help me out on the phone. It looks great and the early attempts at pizza making are a success!

The installers called to let me know that they are on the way early in the morning. After unloading and getting ready, they got into it. Just after lunchtime it was all done and dusted. Thanks guys, I’m really happy with the finished product. Good job!!
