John and stage staff at Gregory’s Liverpool were very friendly and helpful. John did a very good job at reshaping my wedding band after it being bent when coming into the store and asking if this was a possibility.

We got our engagement/wedding rings from here. They had exactly what we were looking for. Customer service from John was fantastic. As he says, he'll look after you.We went back 4 years after purchase when one of the diamonds had developed a crack and John got us a replacement at no cost.
