Tentworld

I bought my item online, very happy with the price and delivery speed. The step that I bought is bigger than others and rated at 100kg more than others.

Brought a 10p tent from tentworld almost 3 weeks and I still haven't received my tent or any information about why I haven't received my parcel. I have spoken to tentworld through there customer service line and have also emailed the courier company with regards to this matter and it seems no one can inform me on what's going on. Not sure if this is the normal with this company but for a first time customer, I won't be shopping with tentworld again.

Really bad customer service. Was told by a staff member they do 30-day return. Went to return a gift and they refused. Now I’m stuck with a gift card I don’t want. They were very rude during the process and it is clear they don’t value the customer experience. Cannot recommend and unfortunately me or anyone I know will never ever shop here again.

This place is heaps better than anaconda or BCF for camping gear. Don't get me wrong, I love both those places and for a lot of things they are brilliant. But when it comes to camping tentworld is really good

Online order, very fast but 1 of the 2 items was shipped the next day for some reason.

It’s always a pleasure shopping at Tentworld, Burleigh Heads. The knowledgeable and friendly staff are always ready to help find what I am looking for amongst the huge range of stuff available, and with advice when I need it.

Husband and I walked into Tentworld Burleigh in hope to purchase a Yeti Eski and a Tent Fly. Walked in and no greeting from any of the staff. Went to look at the Yeti Eski range to find they were all stacked upon each other with scratches. Surely you don’t sell these in this condition! Went upstairs to find a tent fly, with many yellow tickets couldn’t see which one belonged to the R4 tent fly. Nothing was organised and good luck trying to find the ticket for the goods you’re after. Went downstairs with our tent fly, placed it on counter, 2 girls behind counter, not one of them said hi. Asked the gentleman about why are the Yeti Eski on top of each other which had scratches, dirt and black marks and his reply was thats how Yeti want us to display them, out of the boxes!! But if they have scratches they will give you a discount. I’m sure Yeti would hate to see their expensive product displayed like that! After that the girl behind the counter says did you want to purchase the tent fly? Management whoever you are sort your customer service out and use initiative when displaying expensive Yeti product. Perhaps use something to protect the items from scratching! Rant over!

Great service with friendly staff and a wide range of products.

Love this place, great, friendly and helpfull staff, often have as good if not better prices than online shops +delivery have. So good to go to to browse and check quality and fit. Lucky to have such a high quality and economical camping store so near on the Goldy.

We have just visited this store Sunday 22nd at 1130 and wanted to purchase a tent. The customer service was so poor that we walked out. We were acknowledged with a hello from the young girl but apart from that there was zero customer service. There were about 6 people upstairs looking at tents and not one staff member in sight. As we walked down stairs there were two staff members complaining that it was only 11am, huffing that they wished it was at least lunch time. I wanted to purchase a yeti aswell but felt my spending would be appreciated elsewhere more.
