Excellent customer service and purchase experience. I had an issue with the online ordering and when I called up I was served by Ben who helped promptly and politely easily solving the problems I had. Large range of livestock with reasonably priced, fast shipping. Products are quality and always come well packaged. Highly recommend this company for aquarium livestock and equipment.

Great place. Got my first tank here 7 years ago and I have had it ever since. Ask for Ben if you are going for a planted aquarium. The staff have lots of knowledge but sometimes they sell you stuff on their personal, small experience. Go to the internet and ask heaps of people to see which plant or item is right for you for a more widespread answer. Some dead fish but they flew in from all over the globe and weather is unpredictable in the sky . Great place to go to if you just want to look at the fish. Hidden away.

Decent shop both marine and fresh water. staff have been knowledgeable and good range of fish and dry goods. If they didnt have it they could get it for me. Recommend a visit.

DO NOT purchase from this place online, they tried to sell me expired fish medication.I ordered Octozin and they tried to remove the expiry date sticker from the bottle but I could still see where it had been and that it was well and truly out of date.When I called them about this they tried to say that it was still fine and had a indefinite shelf life, which just isn't true, hence why by law it has to be labelled with an expiration date in the first place. They couldn't even send me a replacement as all of their stock was past it's exp date.Totally dishonest, they did refund my money but that's not the point.

I purchased 17 fish online and txt them and said i would drive down and pick up saturday morning. Takes nearly 2 hrs to get there. When i get there they tell me my fish are locked up in quarantine and they dont have a key to get in. 4 hrs drive and $50 worth of petrol and no fish. Not happy jan. Very unprofessional will not buy off again

Ask for Ben to serve you. He is very good and not condisending. I went in for fin root meds came out with $150 worth of fish. All because he talked and asked nice and carmly. Not once did he try to sell me anything.Good on ya Ben, I'll be back to see ya again.PS. Convince the boss to spring for decent tank lighting - bugger the power bill, you have to be able to see the fish so you can buy the fish so he can pay the power bill
