Update: 6 months+ of The Active Being and I'm still going strong, which is not my usual experience with exercise!-----Kelly has built a beautiful and safe fitness community of supportive women and I look forward to every session. We laugh and share stories in her well-equipped gym, where Kelly invests her time setting up novel routines that inspire and challenge. I've been very impressed with Kelly's balance of warmth and professionalism - her coaching is grounded in research and she really cares about her clients ❤️

Kelly had me at hello :) Her approach is so refreshing. Focusing on building strength, gaining flexibility and feeling good about what your body can achieve. Kelly is a genuine person who really cares. At the end of the day, if you feel good, you'll be happy and that's winning!! You'll feel welcomed and valued by all the ladies :) We train hard and have a laugh, and dance..Well some of us dance! Come along, you won't regret it!!
