Post my review the team at the Kawasaki Penrith took extraordinary steps to rectify the problem, which i agree was due to faulty part and not the workmanship. Highly recommended for the can do attitude.Thanks Team at the Kawasaki Penrith.I like to get my bike serviced from an authorised Kawasaki service centre, due to relocation the closest one for me was Kawasaki Penrith. I got my bike serviced and got the 2 blinkers replaced, when i picked up the bike it was closing time and the staff left after delivery, when I switched on the bike one of the new blinkers was not working, really disappointed with this as it was part of the job and should have been checked. Now I have to ride back 50 km to get it fixed which is waste of time and money. If the smallest check was overlooked it's difficult to believe the rest of the job was done with precision. I definitely won't be going back so this was the first and last time using their services.

Great place, Great guys.The service manager even gave me advice on fixing another manufacturer's bike when none else could, that was before I'd even bought anything off them.If you want a kawasaki, make sure you give these guys a call.They are a little reserved at first but once you get past that, awesome blokes who really know their stuff.That's where I chose to buy my last bike.A+

From walking in the door to the end purchase I cannot fault any member of Frank and his team. From the beginning they were friendly, very approachable and answered any questions that I had in relation to purchasing a new LAMS bike. Frank went out of his way to give me advice in all aspects and as a learner this advice was very reassuring with the purchase of my bike. This is what made me come back multiple times with more questions and queries and eventually what cemented my decision to purchase the ER-6nL from them.Craig in Accessories also helped with advice about safety gear, helmets and other things I'd need with my new purchase. He also answered all my questions with direct answers that was easy to understand.Very happy and will definitely be going back for a trade in once i hit my Fulls!

ordered an advertised leather jacket, the size was small and the drop down said one left. I completed the order and paid via my wifes paypal account, the next day we got an email stating transaction completed and payment status completed " only to receive email soon after from penrith kawasaki to say order is canceled ( no explanation ). I phoned them only to get someone on the other end who didn't want to be there and told me that it was never available and that he couldn't do anything about it !!!Maybe their service over the counter is good ? but stay well away from their online store.I had to put one star to complete the review
