My mate and I had dinner at Curry Garden Mansfield, we have to say it was one of the nicest Indian food places we had eaten, in a while. Not only was the food tasty and filling it had good portion sizes and the customer service was awesome, if you are in the mood for Indian then this place is the place to go when in Mansfield, you won't be disappointed.

Outrageously expensive. Over $20 for an entree chicken tikka. Small serving sizes and it took more then an hour for food to come out even though we were the only people in the restaurant. Service was slow and somewhat non existent. And it was all capped off with a 15% surcharge which was not told to us at any point. It cost us $170 for 2 naan, 4 mains (about the size of a side plate), a small bowl of rice and an entree. The only reason for two stars instead of one is that the food at least tasted good.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Melbourne from Mt Buller.Great food and service. The staff were very polite.Chicken tickka, lamb biryani and butter chicken were excellent choices.We also ordered alu Puri , it was very tasty.Recommend this place for good indian lunch and breakfast

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The food was lovely, just the right amount of spicy and great portions. Also really affordable and a nice atmosphere. I spotted a few other reviews talking about the service

The owner is rude and the food is bad, the picture attached is of aloo tikki, the portion size is not adequate for one person, the tikki doesn’t contain any onion or veggies, it is a potato cutlet per say. The owner is also pretty rude and arrogant as it is the single Indian restaurant in the area. We were also asked to move the tables. The staff is also inadequate. The curies and breads are also inadequate size and not made as per Indian taste. Customer service is just bad. There were also no spoons provided during the meals.

The owner of the restaurant is a gentleman and was very friendly. I forgot my phone on the table and left the place he came running behind and handed me back my phone.The food was delicious. The taste is as authentic as it can get.They have a real tandoor in the kitchen, that gives an extra ordinary taste to the food.It's a must visit restaurant when you come to Mansfield.Highly recommended.

We went for a Sunday Lunch. The vegetarian share plate was fabulous. Everything was fresh and presented beautifully. Both the beef curry and chicken korma were delicious. Staff was friendly and owner is very helpfull
