Coffee, chai latte and food were great. It was tasty and fresh. The service was prompt and friendly.The noise level is a little loud but sitting outside alleviates this a little.Nice breakfast Ned enjoyed our time.

The place is always very busy but has a large amount of seating. I've never waited long for a coffee or my breakfast. The only thing is the tables outside often have dirty dishes on them and the staff don't get out there to clear them often enough. I've never seen the place without a table of dirty dishes. It won't stop me from going there though, they obviously do quite well for business.

I have been going to Perks for years and the service and food is always top tier. Our experience this past weekend was amazing, even as it was Sunday breakfast rush the staff were so accommodating and friendly. My go to meal, I have it every single time, Cauliflower Fritters!

Place is located near the cinema where the outdoor restaurants are. It has indoor and outdoor seatings. Order via code on the table or order from the counter. We ordered smashed avo, egg halloumi, and egg Benny with bacon.. I totally recommend the smashed avo! We all finished and enjoyed the meal. Coffee is not too bad either.. :)

The poached eggs looks great, but they are using small eggs, so egg yolk was not running.The Turkish bread and pulled pork were ok, the pulled pork is a bit salty to me. I like their dish presentation, friendly staff. We ordered the orange and ginger juice, it was nice.

We were a bit unsure at the start just because staff seemed unengaged and not very inviting. The food was amazing, very tasty, presented beautifully. Definately be back but needs better customer service and more engagement.
