Don't ever bother with repairing your shoes at The Gap...worst service and no value for money there... The sole material is cheap, they glue and file it for a high price of $70, and they don't level your high-heels when replacing the ends, which cost $20. Useless. I complained and the worker said are you serious?" Grunted and whined that I had an opinion about the work done to my shoes

I have used the shoe repair service a number of times over the years and have found the quality of repair to be excellent and the service friendly. I had a pair of mens Italian dress shoes fixed- they were as good as new afterwards, as well as a number of Women’s heels and sole replaced- a wonderful result each time! Highly recommend!

I had the sole of my shoe replaced and where he cut the sole it ended at 5/6 of my shoe instead of the whole sole of the shoe, so the edge where it ended and was attached kept irritating my foot and the edges of the sole peel up. Disappointed as I paid over $50. I also asked for the heel to be replaced and he only replaced the back heel not the clearly worn away full bottom which I thought was paid for.

This guy is the pinnacle of dodgy sales man. I’ve had a watch battery replaced here and it lasted 2 days. I’ve have a shoe repair done here which was very poorly done. Not to mention the poor customer service, and way over charging l. My recommendation would be to go somewhere else.

Got two sets of heels repair here and BOTH sets of shoes became un-glued again within 6 months. Have the receipt photographed but it does not stipulate the details of the service so they claimed they didn't do that the work. However, they are the only shoe person i have ever been to. Not anymore, I'm taking my business elsewhere - somewhere, where I won't have to return for more repairs.Save yourself the hassle, go elsewhere.
