Horrendous service. Call you constantly trying to get you to book new appointments, then remove you from their books.

Monday last week, the Dr referred me to a surgeon for outpatient surgery, and told me to wait until the end of the week to hear from the surgeon. Monday this week, I called the hospital to see what happened with my referral. They told me that surgeon doesn't do outpatient surgery, and they had emailed the Dr with this information. I saw him Thursday last week and he failed to pass on this information. His incompetence is directly responsible for a delay in me getting surgery.

Never have I had such a bad experience trying to explain an already horrific situation in my life, only to be cut off mid sentence, met with condescending and patronising behaviour by the Dr. An every answer he has seems to be go to the hospital" yeah cause they're not already understaffed and under resourced

I found this Dr. to extremely knowledgeable in everything he could be in as a GP and if not refer me to the proper service required. He also has been able to PROPERLY sort out my health issues which no other GP was able to do. He is a VERY EXTREMELY THOROUGH and TRUSTWORTHY and he tells it as it is with all of the people he sees. He is now my full time Dr as I'm fully reassured I'm in good hands with him. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Cannot believe how I was treated here today, went into a first appointment with a male doctor who was cold from the moment I walked into the room, was blunt and uninterested in what I was saying when he asked me a question about my last doctor I grab my phone to find out her name as I wasn't completely sure and he yelled at me to not be rude and put my phone down it scared me and I asked if my mum could come into the room when I got up to get her he asked her to take me somewhere else.. I am very confused, scared and seeking someone who can help this has really made me feel hopeless and helpless

Great medical centre. Cheap, good for kids, and friendly supporting staff.
