Single handling charged as two servicesDespite being billed as a building and pest inspector, I was contacted by another company after deciding to use their services saying that they were going to conduct the pest inspection.We received two invoices for two reports that utilised the same photosI think this is unprofessional as we weren't informed that the pest inspection would be conducted by a separate company and it was assumed that we would be fine with that. I think the tradesman involved were aware of the duplicity of their actions, as I had to pay the first invoice over the phone before the pest inspection was released, and sure enough then followed the building inspection and invoice
