UPDATE: There appears to be no way to respond to comments left on reviews which is rather unhelpful so I will address the points left by Whizz here.1. It would be nice if your company put more of an effort into first meeting their customers standards AND the re-estate agents standards instead of disregarding the paying customers and making them jump through hoops.2. As I mentioned in my review I was grateful for the minor refund.3. It was an enclosed room with windows not a verandah. Don’t twist the facts simply to make your client the villain.ORIGINAL REVIEWDo not trust this company. If I could give them zero stars I would. They will not clean your apartment properly and then hide behind their RECALL clean service which should really only be for if a landlord doesn't find the job acceptable even if the client did, not when they haven't even done enough to fulfill the initial client request.Large portions of my apartment were not cleaned to the level that I would have lost my bond. I called Whizz and was told that I needed to fail my inspection and risk my bond so that I triggered their 'redo' service. I was told if I cleaned the things that hadn't been completed myself (to avoid risking losing my bond) then my purchase would be voided. As I do not think it's acceptable to ask the customer to risk four weeks of their rent to begin with, I redid a large amount of cleaning and your company basically refused to help because of it, even though you did not actually provide the service you advertised and that I paid for to begin with.I've had to email the company twice about the job, as well as threaten to take them to NSW Fair Trade before getting any help and even then they offered me $50 back on a $300 job (which I am grateful for) but also insinuated that I was trying to add on extra jobs (which I wasn't). This company has been utterly exhausting.Don't trust this company. Don't use this company. Don't risk your money and have to fight tooth and nail to not have it just dismissed. My experience with this company was terrible and has left a terrible taste in my mouth.

Whizz was able to assign the same cleaners for my monthly clean. Took a while to find the cleaner who could do the clean properly but as long as we found one, every clean was good. Their customer service was great to respond to any changes.

My first 2 months were fairly average with each clean being adequage but not wonderful. I also found I would be contacted frequently by the company whilst I was at work to update me if the cleaner was late or other things beyond my control. It took a while to set clear boundaries that I wasn't available during work hours and any issues needed to be problem solved. I have recently had a change of cleaner and the experience is so different. She is meticulous and it's wonderful to return home knowing it's going to be great and the company is now respecting I am unable to answer my phone during work hours.

Should improve communicate with clientIf any cancel or postpone let them know as least 2-3days ahead. I had booking and last minute no one come to do the job I happened 3 times. I have to stay home an wait the whole day

Paid $150 for someone to vacuum and mop, bins werent emptied. Bathroom looks like its had a small wipe down. 2nd bedroom wasn't touched. Very disappointed. No refund given was only offered a $30 credit on my next clean. Would never recommend to anyone.

Worst experience ever. I booked my big items to be moved to my new property and I confirmed my items and their sizes. The people there okayed it and booked the service. I was not home when the move happened but my family let the movers inside the house, they were not aware of what was supposed to be on the truck because I booked the service myself. They didn’t take all my items to the new house but charged me a total of $880 for the move. I tried to get in touch with the staff and I could not get I touch with anyone. The manager Natalie was unresponsive, I called them 5 times in one day to try talk to the manager but she refused to come to the phone or reply to my emails. They then finally booked to get my cupboards moved after heaps of phone calls. However, upon the move of the cupboards I was hit with new charges to take them to my new house. The manager asked me to pay $200 more to move the cupboards they left in the first place when I first booked the service. They said I gotta pay for it otherwise they will not be moving the cupboard. I do not recommend their service. Very rude, unprofessional and unresponsive as hell. Very irresponsible of a moving company. They’re giving a hard time to people who already are in so much stree when moving.

Do not use this service! I booked an end of lease clean. I let the cleaners in and asked to be called once they were finished, The cleaners did not call me when they had finished, left the house unlocked and disappeared.The cleaning was disgraceful. They did not even take a vacuum into the house. The cleaners broke a blind and hid it in a cupboard. I have no idea what the cleaners did for 5 hours, the house looked untouched at the end of it.When requesting a re clean, the company makes you jump through hoops to get someone out again.I would not ever use this service again. It it a waste of money and far too stressful when you are on a timeline to give the keys back to a property manager!Our property manager had to fight to get a 3rd re-clean of the property to a standard and is still unimpressed!

My partner booked these guys for an end of lease clean, was charged an extra $70 for vacuuming a hallway, and they didn't even clean at all. The floors were still dirty, cabinets were not wiped down, oven wasn't wiped down, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. He wasn't able to get them out for a recall clean in time and ended up having to book different cleaners which came out of his bond return.To add insult to injury, even though he provided the receipt to show the clean was inadequate, he was not given a refund.Horrible horrible service and will not be booking then again.
